A child decides to shut himself inside a shoebox. As he grows, the cardboard creaks and screams like his mother’s broken finger; so he dreams very very hard that the box turns sky-blue and metal. A fable about shrinking to fit, folding bone by bone, and the last dream: dancing outside the little box.
