Unpublished book, finished in September 2026, on island identity as something registered and almost sold: the annual report of a limited company, File MA/1402/26 · Financial year 1402-2026, in 105 folios and some 17,200 words. It grew out of a nine-poem collection, Canarias Ltd., which moves from the Meridian and the two grandfathers (the one from here and the one from there) to the Gomeran whistle, the blue chaffinch, the canary who doesn’t know what to say about the archipelago, to Tenerife with S.L. for a surname. A sentimental geography with a fine-print clause.
